You should be! The housing market is at a decline so we’ve been receiving an influx of potential clients so take full advantage and make your money!

@@jenniferp7749 There are different factors that determine your starting pay (i.e. location, the group you work for and their allocated budget for their agents, etc.). I’ve seen companies offer $14/hr and others $17/hr. Definitely ask if they’re open for negotiation and inquire about the other benefits that they offer their employees. In addition, leasers typically earn commission from leases and renewals. I hope this helps and thank you for watching!

Congratulations! I’m sure that you will do just fine. I’d say go into it with confidence and let them know that you are sales focused and you’d love to learn the ins/outs of property management as you can see yourself in the industry long term. Ask questions and see what they are looking for in their next agent. Please keep me updated!

I like your black top. It’s a shame you don’t make enough to work just 1 job. I’m in North Raleigh by Millbrook HS. It’s so expensive to live here. My rent for this 1 BR apt just went up from $1140 to $1505 because the $100 month to month fee is now $300 IN ADDITION to the $55 I pay for my washer/dryer rental and $25 valet trash. Insane 🤦🏽‍♀️
