I'm a transplant to Augusta with a military family. I love, love it here, and will probably cry when it's time to leave. The kindest people you want to meet, and Southern hospitality is REAL. Love you Grovetown!

Yeah its cheaper to fly into Savannah from Az, than flying directly into Augusta

I generally get better rates flying in/out of ATL but every now and then I find decent rates into Augusta which is MUCH more convenient. :)

Planning to move there from FL I just found out there's scorpions and black widows in Augusta as well is it really that common to find them in your home? 😰

@shamanwarrior369 No not at all common based upon my experience. We’ve been here nearly 10 years and thankfully, I’ve never seen a black widow and I’ve only seen a scorpion once.

If you need to move here DON'T BUY IN RICHMOND COUNTY this place is wall to wall, my cousin just sold a few acres that are to be cramped with townhouses you want see the real conjunction goggle wheeler road area nere the Roy road
