I also want to mention for Family Activities, if you have a child with Special Needs, SA is home to the ONLY Special Needs Amusement Park IN THE WORLD- Morgan's Wonderland. You get in for free if you have someone wish a special need (kid or adult). It's really the first of it's kind, they have swings for those in wheel chairs, a sensory area for those with Sensory issues.
I just turned 30 a few weeks ago and I’m looking into San Antonio, to start over and wipe the slate clean. I’ve never lived in an metropolitan city before but from the research I’ve done I’m really loving what I see for sure, this video has been incredibly helpful.
I think for Wildlife, I would add Rattlers, coral snakes, and copperheads to that list, at least if you live in a more rural or natural areas. Oh and cottonmouths. On the bright side, at least we have bats to help with the mosquitos. One day my family visited the SA botanical gardens and ended up buying a bat house there. OMG we have lesser issues with mosquitos now, so I recommend to be people to buy bat houses, they do make a difference, even though they are seasonal.

@@LivinginSanAntonioTX Look forward to seeing that. I’ve heard about a Del Webb community there that’s supposed to be nice. I live in one in AZ now but may look to relocate to retire. Too hot here!
@@ONealMusicStudio yes, Del Webb is a very popular destination community for 55+ here in San Antonio. I touched on it briefly in this video that is linked below. 😊 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-kwnNGK-kzCc.html
They are definitely the worst through the summer months. We don’t see them much during the few winter months unless it’s still warm. Thanks for watching!

So my wife and i are thinking of moving to SA next summer, but obviously want to visit. We were possibly thinking about coming down next month for a quick visit. Just curious if it is worth it right now with all this stuff going on? Are stores, restaurants, shops, etc even open, i understand some restrictions but i just dont want to get down there and have EVERYTHING on lockdown?? I get it im sure its probably not a prime time obviously but were just trying to crack that egg and get a glimpse of SA. Any quick info would be helpful....thanks
Texas is also 1 of only 7 states that doesn’t charge a state income tax, along with the fact that housing is still very affordable. Unlike many other areas of the country.
