Looked good. Your pellet cooker looks like she could use some "loven" and a bath. Good to see the foodtrailer. Will you be doing any changes to it this winter before spring? Good luck on your weather on your side of the hill. Springers will start to arrive soon over here so yuppers, bbq salmon. Hmmm. Have a great day.

Thank you for watching. The pellet smoker is still my work horse but I am getting more comfortable with the IVS. Figuring out the layout and quantity of charcoal to maintain at 250 for 7-8 hours has been a chore.

@Louis at R shack BBQ interesting. I don't have that problem. My problem is I would like to be able to get it up to 350 with water in the pan but unable to. But 225 to 250 with water no problem for long cooks. Call me sometime I'm currently not working. I'm on medical leave while healing from diabetes. Almost lost a foot/toes

A searated grape fruit spoon would be excellent. Actually, I prefer my peppers whole and core them, mix the cream cheese stuff and fill the whole pepper then wrap them. I could even see using jalapeno pepper jelly. I bet those really tasted good. i figured those would be a bit spicey for you. You're not a speecy spicy type of guy.
