Naomi, you're one of the hardest-working and most friendly Warhammer content creators I've seen! You're one of the very first people I would recommend to newcomers who are just getting into the hobby, and especially with a highly-anticipated new edition of one of their flagship games, I would hope that a big company who needs all the GOOD publicity it can get wouldn't hold a grudge just because of a video where I thought you defended your arguments well without coming across as offensive. As for the miniature, I think it's a pretty design, but I have major stability concerns about someone whacking the place where the rock and the angel's foot meet. I'd rather have the angel standing with both feet on a slanted cliffside rock (so you could pin and reinforce both feet), but I do like that huge Gundam-like peg connecting the wings to the body (I still have bad memories of my Zephyrim flight stands from when I was first starting out >.

I have the three from the AOS 1.0 box. I think I'm going to try to use oyumaru and mold the new wings for them and also I'm not a fan of their supports so I'll add tactical rocks. Skaventide today!
nothing like having a line right down the center of the large backpack. Sure is a great design. /sigh They should learn from other companies. You mold the wings a separate pieces, with angled tabs, and have those insert into the single piece backpack.
Hate to say but the rumored new Blood Angel Sanguinary guard for 40k may not live up to these new prosecutors. I even thing we will see some cool conversion and kitbashes using these for sanguinary guard.

I have a sneaking suspicion some of the battlescrolls (are they still called that?) may change when their Battletome releases in a few months... It's either that, or rules changed before the build instructions were printed. Why else would they specify that an entire unit of Liberators must be built either hammer and shield or dual hammers, when there is no distinction in the rules?
I have been thinking along these lines. Everything is suggesting that weapon options will be back in the rules when the battletomes drop. Although there are plenty of plausible reasons as to why they may not be coming back as well, for liberators I am just going to make 1 unit of each either way, just to have some for each type if the rules do bring a distinction in. We will see. The main reason above the rest that makes me think weapon loadouts may NOT be coming back, is that for GW to advertise army rules without the options but with the intention of adding them in later, that would be one of the most unforgivable actions on their part, as they know many people follow WYSIWYG and people would be building their kits without seemingly harmless information. So since they have not mentioned anything about this as far as I have heard, it does seem rather unlikely, assuming we trust GW to not screw us over on this minute detail. But observably and presumably, yes it does look like the kit was/is intended to be used as two separate unit loadouts rules-wise.
@@legiox217 I'm certainly not expecting some options to return, like swords for liberators. I doubt they'll even get another kit. That's quite the disconnect between rules and build instructions though.
While the wings and bases of the new Prosecutors are much more sturdy than the old ones, this doesn't apply to their weapons. I painted a group of them for intro games in my FLGS and their first game included a Whoopsie test which the spears failed. Maybe I'll convert my own ones to hammers.
It's a shame GW is willing to be this petty over someone's good faith argument. Good for you to stand your ground. As it was already said, your video was the voice for the majority of us. Wild how there are those still in good standing with GW after they name called the consumer base. Meanwhile, you telling people that's not helpful for healthy discourse got you exiled.
You’d think Games Workshop would stop worrying about what the general public might think, and just listen to what their true fans and pros like yourself say. Stick to your guns (or sword). Personal opinions and values can never be taken away, but they can be surrendered.

I gave up on GW about a year ago because of ridiculous pricing, and the way they keep making old models obsolete. Yours is the only GW related channel I didn't unsubscribe.
I just recently returned after like 10+ years away to 40K and The Old World. Boy. Was I happy I still had all my old pewter sisters of battle. 40$ each for a dialogus and hospitaler? I almost spat my drink. I mean the new ones look way cooler, but I cant spend 80$ on two tiny sisters. So was very happy when I found my last plastic box of minis and they were there.
Silly and pitiful is all I can say! Although if they knew you have that giant sword, they might just be scared to unleash your fury 🤣. Looking forward to see that prop coming back in future videos! Keep up the good work Naomi!
I sincerely hope GW was just being stingy, and someone in their marketing dept. didn't seriously consider denying you review products simply because you had an opinion about something GW said on a social media site. That would be beyond silly on their part. Ok, so regarding the new models: I don't envy the designers on the model team who have to make flying models. Clear flight stands gave a great impression of flying, but were frequently brittle and easy to snap. Their attempts at creatively hiding support structures like the flowing fabric on the original Prosecutors or the waterfalls on the Lord Kroak model were very clever, but also hit or miss on how durable they ended up being. The new 'everyone is jumping off a rock' era certainly seems more durable, but loses a lot of the visual effect of making the model look like it is actually flying compared to previous efforts. That said, I most certainly haven't come up with anything better than the GW team, so I'm willing to cut them some slack while they try out different ideas. Hiding the supports for flying models is a difficult problem, and is as much an engineering challenge as an artistic one. Another issue I have is with models that show very little regard for the size base they are on. The wings on the new Prosecutors are beautiful and I applaud the modeler for making them look so amazing. However, they don't come anywhere close to fitting within the footprint of the model base. For displaying models this isn't as much of an issue, other than the potential tipsy models that need some extra weight in the base. For playing actual games, I find it tends to lead to models that are prone to getting tangled up with one another, require extra fiddling to get them to fit in tactically desirable ways, and they just seem to break more often. The Pteraxii in my AdMech collection look so interesting, but they make me want to tear my hair out if I try to actually use them! At least the 'feathers' on these models' wings are more substantial than the tiny plastic bit that poke out of the Pteraxii bat wings. They are super-easy to snag on things and snap off. Anyway, I don't think models need to 100% fit within the borders of their base. Having an arm, claw, or gun barrel poking out is manageable. However, I think GW has gone too far with some models like these Prosecutors, and need to increase the base size or reign in the modelers a little to make sure things not only look good, but are not problematic to play the actual game with either.
The new models look great. GW is stupid to stop sending you things because you had a valid opinion of something controversial that they did. You did nothing wrong.
With Games Workshop playing stupid games just because you respectfully told the truth in a recent video maybe it's time you start promoting even more games from other companies. Your audience will stick by you and I'm sure the other companies would be thrilled to have your coverage and honest opinions. Best of luck!
I really appreciate your unboxing/building videos, they are wonderful and I look forward to each and every one. That said, I couldn't watch that video you referenced. The 40k community is so toxic around that kind of topic that I avoid anything having to do with it at all costs. Please don't mix that stuff into AoS videos. Please.
I know you're very polite to say it, but F GW! I know a couple of other content creators that also didn't get boxes. I guess either step in line or be excluded, so if the cost to be part of the club is give up your principles they can keep their plastic. Also, hold aloft the magic sword and say... *Skeletor cackles in the background*
