I have questions ! I ll be thankful for answers. 1) What's the meaning of Ego? 2) I hear a lot of people who say Love your self. My question will be how do I know who I'm . One person comes and says" Ego" is inner voice. So should I Love the Ego? Do I have other voices? If so finding the truth of our self is not an easy. Please tell me what you mean by saying love your self. Who's it the self you are talking about. What is your definition of "SELF"? Thanks.
Sister Shivanti, i agree with you on all points, but one thing is if you follow your tips, it may work in most cases but not to bullies, who repeat the same harassment whether they are in pain or not, If you show bullies, that whatever they do to you, harass you, insult you etc, if you continue to be nice to them, they wil continue the behaviour which can be a big problem if they are especialy your boss. B cos bullies misunderstand nice behaviour for weakness, hence being very nice to bullies & people with personality disorders can make people who are weak & constantly nice their permanent target. Only thing which works with bullies is not showing weakness or niceness and standing upto them. Hence in those sort of practical scenarios ,your lessons being over nice only make the problem worse and is not practical. Not everybody harasses others because they are in pain, some of them do it because they can get away from it and they enjoy doing it, sadly.
Perhaps its not about being overly nice, but just kind and unbothered. When they notice that their actions have no affect on you, you do not feed into their toxicity and they kinda energetically starve...

Their might be days, you also maybe busy, or having things in ur mind, But if your spouse continuosly behave in negative energy, it will effect you. & You to react at times. Dear especially when they have cause pain w loudness. Then how will u protect yourself. Being nice is a peaceful souls quality, such a soul is even nice to people who is harming them ? & Such is the situation today. How can u protect yourself from such situation ? People misuse your Innocense taken due advantage lot of time. With people you can move away, but how with your own family ? How would u deal when someone continuosly taking due advantage of you, & height of tolerance.
You set boundaries. Being kind does not equal letting yourself being emotionally abused by others. Compassion also starts with the self. If someone continually yells at you, its most loving to move away from such person. Family or not.
Ego why should I be nice ? Why do I need to talk? Because I should be nice to myself I forgive her I forgive him I forgive all who irritate hence at last forgiving me
