Hello everyone, hope you all have had a great week. I wanted to share a product I love to use for my hives. This stuff is amazing, fast and easy to apply and it's non-toxic to the bees plants and other animals!
Some of my woodenware is going on 4 years old now and are still in perfect shape. The more sun and rain hits it the better they look!

Looks like a great product. I build with a lot of scrap wood. I might have to try some. Thanks for sharing it. Good health brother and God bless

Back atch ya my friend! So do I, I built 20 nucs from free scrap plywood last year lol. Do the math on that! It adds up fast.

Great video, I got me some eco treatment on the way after seeing this last week, should be here tomorrow! I noticed you have a premier box, howd you like putting it together? I bought 7 Hillco boxes after talking with you about them, I have to say, I believe I'll stick with premier boxes because I really like the self squaring, and I feel like it took twice the time to put the Hillco (standard type) together and I think it used more staples also. I dont think I had to plane the premier boxes as much either. All personal preference, but curious how you liked them.

You about to be a wood treating machine lol. I did have to try them after hearing what you had to say they were easier to put together but twice as hard to glue with all those little joints haha. They look great and the wood is top quality. Only downside is they are more pricey. I'll definitely get more of them though. I've never had to plane off a hillco box. I have everyone else's seems like

@@jasonpowell4114 you'll love it. Once it's applied, the more weather your equipment takes the darker the boxs will get. Rain and sun, rain and sun! They are gonna look great

I have been considering trying this product. How old is your oldest box or how long have you been using it? I’m looking at wax also.

I've only been beekeeping for 4 years so that's my oldest treated box. It's still looks as good as the day I bought it, even the corners that take all the abuse are still looking good. A little dented in from being pryed apart but no signs of rot. I even tried doing the old Japanese method of burning the boxes, I forget what it's called , now those look terrible because they haven't been painted or treated.
