100% This goes for almost all police protocols which they do not follow. Just yesterday a policeman gave me incorrect information regarding trespassing and made several excuses as to why he can't be of service. I then contacted a Lieutenant Colonel who provided the correct information to me and was very surprised that the policeman gave me incorrect information. The government needs to address the issue with haste as this has been going on for far too long. Up to today, the police have done NOTHING to find the person who shot me with the intent of murder. Before that however, they insisted that I shot myself 😅I don't and never have owned a gun but they ransacked my home in search for the gun that I allegedly used to shoot myself! In doing so, there was a lot of property damage and they refused to pay for the damages to my property!
That should be done through a social worker. Childline or child welfare can assist you with that. It's a special court application so to protect the underage persona.
