Nothing makes me happier than seeing that you’ve posted a hair video lol. I could watch your routine every time no matter how redundant! Your hair looks beautiful.
I love your hair so much and I've said the same thing on your other video it's because of your hair that I learned to love Bob hairstyles and I currently have a Bob as my hair just passed shoulder length it's super healthy and full as well and whenever I see your hair I'm grateful I came across this channel.
Your hair is so pretty!! Can you please suggest some good flat irons for us relaxed hair ladies!!! Do you like the one you used? Mine dries all the moisture out of my hair 😩
So like I know you should stretch your relaxers and I usually do mine every 3-4 months but like what do you do with your hair between those? Protective hairstyles get old but if I remove mine it means having to comb through and I'm scared to damage my hair. What do I do? Also, my hair is kinda a lighter shade of brown in front so when I get box braids my hair starts showing like a week later even though the braids aren't old. Any tips on that?
Can someone please give me some advice? I'm debating on whether or not to go natural. My whole problem is, I don't like curly hair on me. I like wavy or straight. So I'm debating with continuing with getting a relaxer ever 3 months or cut my hair, go natural, and just get a blow out every other week once the length is good. But which is worse for me hair? Getting it relaxed 4 times a year or applying so much heat about 24 times a year? I hardly use any heat on my hair now, the only heat is from the warmth of the water once a week when I wash it. And my hair is short and in layers. None of the layers pass my shoulders except the back. I'm literally clueless and don't know what to do. I don't know who to go to. Or what salon to trust because the last salon I went to relaxed my hair and the lower back and sides just fell out and have been struggling to grow back. So i dont even know how to find a good salon that will fix my hair. Just looking for some advice specific to my case. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Stay relaxed if you like your hair straight. But find a good regimen to get your hair on tract. Have you tried JBCO mixed with a light oil then add drop rosemary and peppermint oil. Apply to those struggling areas with a light massage.
Chocolate Capricorn yeah I have been trying castor oil but my scalp doesn't like it is think. When I use it, i get bumps on my scalp but i thought it would be worth it. But then I thought it's actually not because I'm assuming my hair won't grow if my scalp isn't healthy. I switched to coconut oil and don't have that problem anymore
Kelsie Crooks I transitioned once and couldn’t take the shedding after 6 months. Relaxed again. But after no longer having a good stylist like I used to, I transitioned again. It was the worst year and 6 months of my hair journey. But my hair grew fast after my final trim. I kind of wish I would have did it earlier. I agree if someone prefers straight hair all the time then at least textlax is a great option. People should do what ever they want to their own hair!
Kelsie Crooks the first time I attempted to transition was in 2013. I relaxed it 6 months later. Then after losing my stylist and salon hoping, I transitioned again in 2015. I had the worst experience bc I went to a salon weekly to get large roller set and she literally broke off all my hair bc all of her clients were relaxed. And I had that line of demarcation. 7 months into my transition. I started protective styling with crochet braids. I would cut off 2 inches once a month. Aug 2016 I cut off the rest which probably was a 1 in 1/2!
u be killing those side parts!! I like this video Bcz people need to kno how to properly take out their braids and twist without causing unecassary breakage. My neighbor came over the other day to get me to help her take out her individuals that her sis had already started removing 4 her. girrrl her sis jus took the braids out and didn't comb thru the part at the root that builds up dirt. when I tell u I had to go back to each single piece and comb out the gunk. 😥😣😒. irritating!
