Only Brahmins use to consume vegetarian food , not because they were againts killing animals. Because their primary goal was to study and worship only , just because meat produce heat in our body. Na bro it is not like that lord parshuram use to fight even peshwas does'nt consume any type of non veg They use to consume lots of dairy product and pulses it was on form of complex protein but no doubt they use to do lots of exercise and chantings As per my opinion in current world full of contamination we doesnt get good amount of protein in our diet or if we get then it is in form of complex protein(only for veg people)and to digest it you have to do exercise in large amount.Also our past after mughal invading was not too good we just contaminated our culture and food with the invaders as i am 100% sure we have some source of protein but lack of knowledge and awarness we just lost our source

I believe that one should consume meat to an extent where it helps them develop their health, however, one should not become attached to it. This I believe is what people fear the most, that we'll become a ruthless society which kills countless animals just for the pleasure of our tongues. This fear is what creates a stigma associated with meat eating. Eat to live, don't live to eat is the right mindset. If one can do that, then they will always have control over Sattva, Rajas and Tamas.

Bro i agree with your points that as an indian we are not eating as much protien as we require but this doesn't mean that we should buy whey compulsory if we can have milk and sattu soyabean (optional for those who cant digest ) curd and sprouts and nuts and seeds Trust me bro i dont consume whey i just consume curd (300gm )milk 200 ml And sattu 50 gm and peanuts 50gm and i have decent athletic body type nor skinny nor skinny fatty

@@Nikhil_c-j4r bhai protien intake pura karna hai toh pehle ghar ke khaane se complete krne ka try Karo har chiz ke liye supplement lena is not good you should take supplement when you have no other option than it Mai to kar leta hu apna protien intake pura vo bhi vegetarian diet se (without eggs wala vegetarian) agr tumhe ek calisthenics se aesthetic type body chahiye toh bs 0.8 grams of protein per kg body weight ke Khao mere case wo hota hai 56 gram tum apna dekh lo Jo sahi Lage wo Khao ya kuch bhi Karo life is yours hope it helps @chadtag broo ye bhi ek jivan ka tathya hai waah :)

I generally don't comment.. but yesterday i went to market and I was purchasing some goods from uncle.. two guys were standing near me.. they looked decent and had good bicep muscle.. and uncle started talking with them friendly (ig those two boys were their regular customer).. he was talking about gym and workout.. and he said "jo marzi khao par ye protein na khana bete.. ye health ke liye acha nhi hota.. badam dahi khao.. protein na khao.. zehar hai ye.." After listening this i was utterly disgusted..like bro that person giving advice itself had a big fat tummy.. and he is talking avout protein 🤡 Btw what a coincidence that you uploaded video regarding protein today haha lol..
