I suffered numerous side effects of whey protein supplements. My uric acid increased and SGOT and SGPT levels also increased. Besides this, pimples and gas is also a major side effect that i witnessed. I am highly lactose tolerant and have been consuming dairy products since childhood without any issue but i get lot of issues with whey protein supplements. I do not have any health issue. Also, i have always tried expensive whey protein brands from their official website like Naturaltein, MyProtein, Muscleblaze etc but still i get these issues
@@samyaknayak3873 i have tried plant protein and it is amazing, does not cause any issues. However, i do not have any problem with milk and milk products since i have been drinking a hell lot of milk, eating curd and paneer since childhood and never had a single issue, its just the whey protein supplements that give me a lot of trouble
Bhai ekdam barobar bola he. If you have sedentary life and you do not work out or any physical activity then your water requirement for your body would not be more than 2.5 to 3.5 l based on the area you live in. And still if you are drinking more than that you'll have more vitamins requirement in your body.
