At his old age, he left for 4 months, did not have the conscience to inform those around him that he's going x place or y place, did not even communicate when he was away to let people know that he was safe. He should get nothing back. The folks in Bog Walk should take him back. Thats the only 'back' which should be brought into play.

Interesting that a MP, who is not an engineer assumingely can stop work on a physical construction assigned to be complete in his/her constituency.
