Yes. Yes this was the cop’s fault. They used irrelevant legal codes dealing with emergency personnel’s access to emergencies to arrest people that were peacefully protesting violating there 1st a rights on public property. I’ve search for a couple of hours now, and can’t find a single instance of violence, looting, or anything that warrants arrests. So yeah these cop did a bad job protecting the citizens civil rights. No suprisingly tbh. The courts have already determined that cops work for the state, and not the people. They are the enforcement of a government against we the people. Remember cops aressting peaceful Jan 6th protestors? I do. I remember them putting people in jail for showing their faces on beaches during covid. I remember lots of things the state has done to violate our rights, and I don’t t aim to forget that because I don’t agree with the messaging. Rights are rights.
