Stop it with this wokery nonsense. Majority of Town supporters don’t care what you are, who you sleep with (keep your private lives to yourselves) blah blah. We care about the club going forward ie who’s leaving & who’s coming in, so focus on that.

Gender identity, sexual preference and race should be separate from football. Everyone is welcome to support the Town. We are the least homophobic country in the world but are led to believe by the media that we are intolerant towards diversity. We just don't want it shoved down our throats all the time or taught to our impressionable children as it has now become counter productive and tiring.

If racism and homophobia weren't still issues in football then these things would be separate from football, however these are still issues faced in football so things have to be made to try prevent discrimination and stop it from being out of control. Just because we live in a country with lower levels of homophobia than elsewhere doesn't mean it isn't still an issue to be dealt with. I suppose if someone raises awareness for child poverty in the UK then you would respond with that cases are worse in other countries so it isn't a necessary issue.
