The best way to get to know a people is to know how they eat. On the first day in Provence we decided to do the first of two food tours that will make us discover the beautiful and delicious city of Aix-en-Provence.
We start with an excellent breakfast, and then take a delicious stroll among the banks of the farmer's market ... practically an idyll for eyes and palate.
We then go to dinner in a very good Vietnamese cuisine restaurant, because unfortunately, on Sunday evening 90% of the French cuisine restaurants are closed.
The day ends in sweetness, with a delicious homemade ice cream.
From these premises, we are sure that with food we will not have any problem, because we eat very well.
