I work in a privet security sector my employer is deducting my provident fund every month for 3years now but he's not submitting it what show I do I never receive a statement or member ship number or knowing which insurance that my money goes to I don't know
I been refused to get my UIf since 2016 untill today after working 6 years for the company .. I went to rebour department they told me that I can not get my UIf because of I don't have a passport.. so my question why my UIf fees was been dudacted from my salary while they knew that I am not gonna get it back? .. but I do have a asylum seeker that allows me to work anywhere in South Africa.!! Can legal wise helps that matter ?
