Coz i mostly see you getting Africans males for the interviews, would really like if you get different nationalities and jobs.
Hi Dion, i will do a video soon on the caregiver program and some agencies you can apply to. Yes, there are many people from the Caribbean in BC. In fact the majority of black people here in BC are from the Caribbean. I will try to get people from other countries and different jobs so everyone has an idea of what to expect.

Its great interview, seems like you have been in TV shows before, How difficult its to live in Quebec with speaking only English language? But, I have an offer at McGill University like visiting Scholar/Student Please let me know, weather I can move to another English part without any offer or I should stay in Quebec? Thank you Yasser
It's a little difficult as you will find that in some areas people don't speak English, but a lot of the people there speak English, even if it's the French speaking part of Canada. As you heard from Ernest in the interview, he had to move to the English speaking parts of Canada to learn English because it was hard to find a job in his field without English. You should definitely stay for the duration of your offer and then see if you can move after, but try it first and see how you feel about it.
Thank you for your effective resourceful videos. Сan you please make a detail video on BC PnP program, especially on BC PNP TECH PILOT? And how to get an occupation at BC and which process should be followed? Is there any specific way to create a resume as well as a cover letter? How an employer chooses an employee and except the job responsibilities which qualities should an employee have? Which job portals are effective for employees? I am an electrical engineer having BSC with 4 years of experience and last couple of months I was applying for a job at BC but every time the result was very disappointing where I was rejected and I think, I have not followed the right path also I need to make myself clear about job application and also about BC PNP especially on "Tech Pilot". Can you please give me your email address?
