Prowler Teardrop Gauge Troubleshooting

We found the problem.. Arctic Cat actually has the display part of the speedo powered separately from the back light after going thru the wiring schematic and many hours of testing. The display comes from the fuse block showing F / ACC. So it would light up but the fuse was bad for the display. The original one would light up because it had stored memory of the mileage and data . since the new one did not that's why it was blank. Check all of your fuses.. Hope this helps

I wish I could turn the light off for night time driving. Maybe I can find the wire and splice a on /off switch there. Thoughts?

I have a 2009 Arctic Cat 550 Prowler flatbed the gauge works but the center where the clock and stuff is you can barely see it but the rest you can see fine any thing that I can do? And what other models that would be compatible with it if any? Because there's not much out there on the 550 flatbeds

Hi we have this problem and tried disconnecting it and the battery overnight. And have purchased two brand new gauges now. Both new ones will light up but no display. The original one will display but flickers. Any suggestions?
