I hope you all enjoyed the video. Subsequent to filming the review, there was one more thing I really like (Pukka); the date shape… It’s almost the same exact size as the indices that would be there if it was a non date watch - Very nice. Thanks for watching guys and girls 👍👍

They sure have utilized this case I continue to love most of what they have been offering us for past couple of years and I'm even happier that they finally started using much better bracelets most of mine are on rubber straps and they will customize certain aspects for reasonable rates Thanks for sharing as always my friend and Be well 👍

It's hard for me to not be attracted to this one because the dial and hands come from one of my favorite watches (Zodiac Super Sea Wolf). I actually own 3 of the originals in different colors. I may pick this up one day because I don't have this colorway, and I don't have another $1,000 to buy another new one! Great review as always bro, and Happy Holidays to you and your family! 🎅🏼🦌

BTW...if I can make one constructive criticism...spend more time on the close-up shots of the watch. It would take things to a whole other level!

Great review of a beautiful watch. While I was watching, I couldn't help thinking that now they've ditched the unicorn, Proxima have the best dial branding of any AliExpress watch. If we can't always have great original designs, then these homage with a twist are a good substitute.

Nice watch, I have to disagree the hour hand is short at least one mm to me. That really bugs me. I have passed on several watches where the watch maker can’t get the hand lengths right.

I stacked some coupons and ordered one of these during the sale for around 200 bucks.. After about 3 days Proxima sent an email saying that they ran out of them and it was going to be the first of the year before they get any more in and in the meantime they would send me a free strap... All the time still advertising the same watch... I canceled the order

It's a beaut this one... I really want to see Proxima offer other bracelets. As much as the 3 link is nice, it's just so.... Ordinary and overdone for me. They'd be knocking on San Martins door if they had a bit more choice with their offerings

Just got mine, I have the 1697 also and the screwdriver they sent with both of them was too large lol. Amazing watch. Wish they would add a full lumed dial in white, against the blue it would look great.

At least it’s not just me that got the wrong screwdriver mate. A full lume dial would be very cool but wouldn’t look as good as enamel, so is a bit of a trade off 👍👍

There is an argument that the minute hand is a tad short but nonetheless this is the best looking Proxima to date!! Perhaps the sterile crown an clasp outer shell can count as pants. I'd like more colours like lime green, red or light blue.

I take your point and there is definitely an argument to have over that. In terms of the sterile elements, I’ve stopped mentioning that stuff due to get quite a bit of criticism for doing so, I don’t disagree with you though. Other colour variations like a range of this model, would be a great idea 👍👍

Thankfully on watches over £135 AliExpress doesn’t include any tax so that would be the full price but, at the minute it’s quite a bit cheaper than that 👍👍

I don’t think it has a signed crown mate. The only upgrade I’m aware of is; their on the fly adjustable clasp but still, a great upgrade 👍👍
