Since the day I've get to onow that hair is a byproduct of our internal health, I've stopped watching any videos like on to stop hair fall,onion juice,green tea falana dhimkana...this are useless things... Rather I'd started watchin/reading everything about health and how to make it next level.......try it and you'll surprise Nobody deserves to be without hair,or thinned hair...you just need to know what's happening and how to deal with it....... Mainly and mostly reasons of hair fall 1)insulin (biggest) dht is not the thing.. this is 2) inflammation which is obviously due to insulin and those so called vegetable oils 3) too much to write but you need to be your mentor at least basic knowledge about harmones mainly nutrition... 4) and consult this man if you can he'll help you in taking back your train on right track again

@@nimishgrover7637 dht causes inflammation in scalp that is true...but the first question is why you have excess dht in the body,?which binds to follicles and then thinning of hair Dht is (testosterone gets converted into dht with the help of 5alpha reductase:-this is an enzyme) And this enzyme gets produced excess in the body either due to genetics or mainly due to insulin resistance) Treat insulin resistance...so you won't have that excess dht for the hair

That (milk+sugar) stop it..... stop all added sugar There's no age for insulin resistance At 14 it's much easy for you to balance things.... All that matters is your history with eating junk/processed food...no physical activity bodily stress Don't worry.....just cut all the sugars and junk completely and eat only three meals no snack in between Don't just attach to results about hair it will happen, live life (you may have telogen effluvium whill will subside in few months) just make healthy changes

Does dipping our hair and scalp directly in icy water with ice cubes after shampoo 2-3 times a week is good or bad because I have been doing this for 3 weeks and i have been seeing a lot of hairfall these days but my diet is good, I am working out also,doing breathing exercises and using Minoxidil and dermaroller also, taking sunlight then also seeing hairfall and hair thinning. How to know whether its androgenic alopecia or some other reasons ? I recently blood test of zinc , iron , vit 12 and vit d . My vitamin d level is 5 times lower than normal . Yes, initial increase in hair fall can be seen in topical treatments, but it should subside within a few weeks... if you still have substantial hair fall by the 3rd session, then it wouldn't be normal...
