You have genuinely made this video in a very balanced way. Great job Bearded Chokra! I have undergone this treatment few years ago and I can testify every word you have spoken. Initially they said 8/12 sessions but then the number kept increasing. I was given minoxidil, finasteride and a bunch of other expensive serums, shampoo and conditioners. I blew a lot of hard earned money with almost no results. My trust in this channel has grown after seeing this video. You are asking right questions. Keep up the good work.

You can do that however sometimes this can lead to dandruff/ flaking issues... if you apply the oil only to the length of the hair and not the scalp, then it'll be fine..

Sir many ayurvedic youtuber says that only dal and seeds, raj mah is sufficient for our daily protin requre ment . But some nutritionists says that the quantity of protin which are getting from dal, raj mah etc are not sufficient for daily protin requirements. Ayurvedic youtuber says that we don't need to much protin and on the other hand the some doctor says that we need atleast 1 gm of protin per body weight. And as a vegetarian it is quite though. Sir is dermarolling safe? I've read somewhere that apparently it scars the skin and it might not be possible in the future to transplant hair on that area..so is this true?

If the dermaroller is of poor quality or if you use dermaroller that is 1mm or longer, and if the technique isn't right, then it might be the case that the skin might not be viable to transplant on...

You might have very porous hair... the best thing to do is to delay shampooing as much as possible and use triphala with water as a liquid to wash your hair instead of repeatedly using a shampoo multiple times a week..

Not really... it depends on the condition.. a person who has crossed grade 4 or 5 would show better results when gfc is used along with minoxidil.

You can use dermaroller (0.5mm) along with a serum or minoxidil, however you need to accept that it is a very slow process and you might not get complete restoration..
