One problem with a clear cover of the planetary gear is that there is a fairly large plastic fitting/washer inside the planetary gear cover. That fitting/washer ends up about 2 cm of the middle of the planetary gear assembly. With a clear cover installed, which isn't completely clear, the center blocked from view.
