They're cheats to the game, like shortcuts or straight hacks to somethings, look up Altered Beast PCSX2(the emulator) pnach cheats, you have to be careful to use the cheats of the same version of your game, look up a tutorial how to set up cheats on PCSX2​ Altered Beast has 3 versions in total, European, Japanese, and Asian, look up the cheats respective to the version of your game @@alessandrodiaz4492

If you are playing simulatior, it is similar but the process of unlocking those hidden stuff needed more technical skills and steps.
