Doing one of these now and when I got it apart I saw the resistor and capacitor that's right behind the port missing. Do you know the values of these components?
Im.just curious, I may have to replace the hdmi ic chip, are the pins on the chip presoldered. And also are those DJ chips dirrecional? I had one come up when I did the port. Any info woulf be great.
Did hoy change de IC for HDMI? Did it work? I have 2 PS4 1215a and i already change the IC on one, but i use a los IC that i remove from a PS4 Slim and still didnt work. I'm trying to buy new IC.
@@alfasurvivor3308 I think I just sold the system for parts after I attempted to swap it out. I just don't think my skills are good enough. Maybe you will have better luck.
