I got one stand verry similar like yours...but on controllers connections are 2 pins,not that conection like controllers have..any explanation?why or how to connect my ocntrollers to charge them?

I’ve had my ps4 since launch and up until last night it’s never overheated and it over heated 5 fucking times since last night so hopefully this works when it comes in tmr and hopefully it makes it sound like a jet instead of a rocket

Try new thermal paste and new thermal pads. Replace the current fan with the nidec fan.

In the sleep mode - yes. Turning off the console disables the power for all console's usb ports. And the stand won't work

No rear usb on my ps4 so this is why the ugly usb cable is on front. I would like to see the ps4 lock into the base and variable fan speed to cut fan noise down

I had a few cooling fans in the past. I have the ps4 pro since launch and never had a heating problem I keep it in a open space. I wanted to try a few cooling fans and it's not worth the $ save your money ppl

I bought one of these with a different brand, I disassembled it, traded for bigger more powerful and silent fans, and put the USB cable going out on the back of the PS4 Pro cause I just fucking hated the noise and the cable on the front.

Those add-on cooling products are snake oil AF! They have literally been proven to NOT lower game console temps whatsoever. It's a good thing you received it in the mail for free, otherwise you would have been burned paying for an accessory that doesn't do anything, but produce additional fan noise.

Fans don't actually move fast enough to blow out noise. It actually makes the fans on the PS4 to work harder since it's blocking one of the sides

Coc Coc smartphone remote play is better except for the fact that you need a ps4 controller with the phone and the vita doesn't need anything else

You have to put the PS4 into sleep mode and the connect the controler. If you connect the controller before you put it into sleep mode, it might not work.

what you mean by that? Stand only needs power from ps4 and that's all. Stand should work even if you plug it in pc usb port

If you want your ps4 to die quickly, use this piece of trash. this and many similar ones have the same design error. their bases are very small and are very close to the surface and this causes the fans ( of vertical stand) reduce their capacity to 20%. and this makes your ps4 start to drown. the only possible solution is to stick some hard plastic bases to lift it at least 3 cm of the surface. they are not made of soft rubber because the ps4 will roll to one side because of the weight. (tip) large bottle caps can work well. you're welcome
