I recommend the PS4 Slim because the overall console is at a low temperature and is quieter than the original PS4 and the Pro. Yes I know that the Slim doesn't support 4K, but you'll still get the same experience without it. And also, the PS4 Slim has less defects than the original PS4 and the Pro.
Ps4 slim and pro don't support 4k don't be dumb sony says if you buy ps4 pro you must buy 4k television to a better experience . Certainly the ps4 pro looks great because the television not its work Ps4 pro and slim the same graphics now i bring you ps3 on 4k television its graphics will look great so don't be dumb ps4 pro won't do a 4k job
@@muhmmadqaissardast6979 true that. My ps3 and Xbox 360 look very good on my 4k t.v. I'm thinking about a ps4 but trying for the blue days of play edition or just go with the pro. Not to sure yet.
So let me get this straight. In order for us to fully appreciate what the PS4 Pro can do, we need the following: - Playstation VR: £349 (camera and move controllers sold separately at extra cost) - PS4 Pro: £349 - Cheapest 4K HDR TV: £450 (Only 40 inch though) - Total: £1148 Like that's not going to put people off buying it. Sony seems to think we're all rich!!
love my PS4 Pro, 100% worth it. Stray, Journey, The Unfinished Swan, Flower, Spyro (reignited trilogy), and CTR Nitro Fueled run fantastically on this console. However, Overwatch 2 causes the fans to get LOUD, so just keep that in mind if you play overwatch 2 on PS4.
xbox actually cares about its customers, they listen to feedback and improve themselves, where sony decides to raise prices for no additional gain for customers, because fuck the customers. also how did they pull off a stronger console that runs certain games at worst fps?
I am on a pretty tight budget and am always conscious of how much power my devices use. I want to buy a PS4 to do some cheap gaming and I know that the PS4 Slim has a much lower maximum wattage output than a PS4 Pro but what I want to know is does the PS4 Pro only use the extra wattage when it's running higher resolution on a 4K tv? Also if I were to use it on a 4K tv is there an option to turn down the resolution to 1080P and if so will this only use the same wattage as a PS4 Slim? Last question is this: Is it also worth paying £200 more for a PS4 Pro just for the higher resolution?
Hey there, I was going to use the 800$ version of the 1300$ build you did a while back. I don't know if that build also needs a Phanteks cooler(wasn't in description). Kinda new to this stuff, thanks!
I really want GTAV to be a 60fps game on the PS4 Pro. Or DriveClub. I know it's not a decent game gameplay wise, but graphics wise, it's fucking sexy. We need that 60FPS. There's also some other games I hope would get 60FPS that's currently 30FPS....
Sameer Sharma the gameplay wasnt fake, ad askes someone who can actually play the games so he would have some good footage whilst testing, for our fun, but everyone got mad af about it.
I'm debating 1 of 3 things rn for Christmas. 1. Dx racer gaming chair, 2. A new Karambit knife on CSGO and 3. A PS4 or XBOX ONE Tell me which I should get!
it doesn't play games at 4k. it's upscaled 1080p. a amd 8gb card can't handle actual 4k gameplay and 1g of ddr3 ram definitely can't. so everyone quit bullshiting "consoles now play at 4k" no they don't. they can stream at 4k and play movies but not game
Ppl say ps4 pro loud or over heat well it’s because you don’t clean it out like you should that’s the problem it’s not the system it’s you not taking care of it just like a car you if you don’t keep engine oil in it and charge it like you supposed to it’s not going to ride right
If u play the slim on a 4K tv is so damn good u might think it's a pro. I think 4K tvs are graphical machine automatically. U don't have to have a pro to make ur gaming experience looks good. But do whatever satisfies ur need. Wether is pro or slim. Go for it.
Guys, you can see the clear difference in graphics when you put the displays side by side but when you're immersed in a game is it really THAT noticeable? Honestly, if you already have a PS4 it isn't worth an upgrade to the pro but if you're a new buyer then go for it.
MerK Yea, its future-proof and its just an overall long term investment because say you decide to upgrade to a 4k TV, you already have a console that can run games at that resolution.
MrGhost370 What are you even talking about? I am saying that more games should focus on hitting 60fps for their pro version instead of obligatory 4k support.
Cairo Murphy Yeah that's extremely rare right now. That should be an option in every title but it isn't. You are right though, I have been living under a rock for console news since I am a PC Gamer and don't pay much mind to what they are doing.
pc gamer be like : how sony profit from this? 2k upscale 4k for only 399$ ? -ps plus my friend! pc : what is ps plus? -is a service you pay monthly for multiplayer and few online feature pc : ayyyy you have to PAY for multiplayer?
For the people wondering what you should get. If u have a PS4 and thinking about upgrading to a PS4 pro, you should wait until the price drops because as for now it wont make a big differense, unless u care THAT MUCH about screenahots. For People looking to buy a playstation, you should get a ps4 pro if u want to use it for the long run. This is what I think, u dont have to agree.
Also if you do not own a PS4 at all, should opt for the Pro, even if you don't have a 4k TV. You can't beat BF1 maintaining 60fps at 1080p vs the at times wildly changing resolution and more dramatic dips in frame rates on the OG PS4/PS4 Slim. {though nothing comes remotely close to playing BF1, Maxed Out settings, 100FPS at 1440p using a GTX 1080... just sayin}
Well it depends... you wouldn't believe the number of people who don't want to build an awesome rig that would of course crush the Pro. So my comment was for those who don't want to build a PC, and or personally prefer console (in particular Sony). No everyone wants to be us (pc gamers).
Now that the Slim is on sale for $250 from now up until Christmas Eve, I am stuck picking between the two. The Pro looks and sounds good, but am I really going to be missing out on anything if I pick the slim? I only have a 1080p TV and I don't want to dish out $400 on a system that is having compatibility issues with its games, not native 4k, and is similarly loud as the launch PS4. Yes, 1TB and stronger GPU or whatever sounds good, but is it now worth the extra $150 for some improved graphics and frames?
@@user-wo4mi4qg4g I got the PS4 slim I expected more features but other it does the job for me the only two things I would have liked is if it was able to download and copy media like the PS3 pictures, video, music...my controller seems to die quickly but it's good
mhm its simple really, if you already own a original PS4, don't even bother with getting a slim or a pro because unleast you don't use a high quality 4K TV you wont even see a difference. However if you want to buy a new PS4 and didnt own any previous entries just get the Pro.
I am now a proud owner of both the Xbox one and ps4, aswell as a pc. I've had the Xbox for about 2 years now and the pc since December 2017. And I just got he Ps4 slim today for spiderman and the exclusives!
I understand that pc master race is kind of a realistic joke to banter with console players but if you take it to heart you should really evaluate yourself. Just because a console can't output the same graphical power or offer limitless add ons through mods, doesn't make it a worse gaming system. Gaming on PC is great and I personally prefer mouse and keyboard for most games, especially shooters. The graphical options and being able to play on a smooth as butter 144hz monitor really does make playing on my ps4 seem like night and day, yet I find myself play my ps4 far more than my PC. I see a gaming system as something to give us entertainment and a good time, and I'm sure many others do too. Having more friends own a ps4 made me gravitate to play it over my PC because playing with my friends is what makes gaming fun for me, I could care less of whatever benefits PC would give me over console. Not only the friend aspect of consoles for me, but also the exclusives that I can't play on PC, and growing up as a console owner, there are a lot of games I love that I can't get on my computer. Not talking down on PC or anything, in fact I believe it is the best gaming experience you can have compared to console, but is it the most enjoyable? Depends on the person. If more of your friends own PC then I would say you're lucky af cuz I'd rather play on PC too if my friends own good rigs. Tl;dr For people who are deadass serious about this PC master race thing; specs, better game deals, higher fps, mods, etc. can mean nothing to a person who enjoys playing with friends who all own consoles or have games they love exclusively on console. (not saying everyone is like that, but just take into consideration that others are)
30 fps is a correct fps but ps4 pro has 60 fps but I would chose the low price one is ps4 slim because the pro is is to much money and only 4k and 1080p
So I’m going to get a PlayStation 4 slim or pro still deciding but I have a TV that only runs in 1080p and once ps5 comes out I will immediately buy so which console do you think I should buy and don’t you dare say PC cause PC is too smart for me
What do you think about the problems PS4 pro is said to have, such as overheating and being too noisy? I've got a PS3 slim and I was about to buy the PS4 pro, but now I'm not sure...
399? +monthly online subscription +full priced games?at that same price or a little more u got something that can run circles around tht sh!t.*pc master race ftw*
Gave my PS4 pro and gamer tag to my son ... I felt bad he only had a Switch and it was time for an upgrade... No PS5's around so that slim looks good , it's compact , cheaper and I'm happy with her..Good Video , thanx for the specs ..
can ps4 pro play at 1080p 60 fps that some of the game are stuck at 1080p 30 fps in ps4 slim? or some of the games are just capped at 30 fps for all the? consoles?
So which one is good at not overheating ? I really appreciate graphics equality , but I doubt I'll notice the difference between the two . I have a tv that is HD , and even when I saw videos about the graphics comparisy , I saw little improvements .
