Thanks so much, I got one on order now and can’t wait for it to arrive. I felt much better about installing it after this video too. I was trying to order it last night but fell asleep 😴 while trying to check out. Loved the shot of Mini snoring. I think it wore off on me! Thank you once again!
Thanks for the video. This is the only non-Geissele trigger I use in my ARs. It is a very good trigger and if you can find it on sale it's a genuine steal of a deal (great even at regular price). I've shot .92MOA with it out of a 13.9" with 6x LPVO so it's fine for precision shooting. It's also a great weight when you're doing close in shooting as it's not so light the slightest touch will activate the hammer.
Jim when I bought my PSA-AR10- 6.5 creedmoor it was on sale and they upgraded the geissele trigger for $50. It is SWEEET! This AR will shoot 1MOA or less at a 100 yds all day long.
I have several of these PSA 2 stage triggers and highly recommend them as well. I may have missed you measuring the pull weight but would love to hear if you have ever measured the pull weight on yours. Mine all run at 4.25-4.5 pounds.
I just got my first two stage trigger, probably an amateur question but should the hammer have more resistance and feel rougher when cocking it back it with your hands with the upper detached? Seems to have a lot more resistance than the single stage hand cocking it, im thinking it is the design of the two stage? Thanks
Thank You Sir! I have a two stage PSA NiB from 2019 or earlier. The last time you discussed these triggers I checked for and found the "S" for Schmidt. I believe other commenters touted Schmidt triggers. I noticed the notch on the top of the hammer (on the one you tested). I vaguely recall the Foxtrot Mike owner's manual stating that hammers with notches would not work with their 9mm uppers. Possibly an issue with the bolt returning to battery? Have you ever noticed any issues with notched hammers and 9mm FM uppers? In other news, my BA Hanson 300BO barrel came in today.🎉 👍🇺🇸
I have the notched FM trigger in both my 9mm and 45, I think they where talking about other brand bolts and some 22lr bolts can be picky about hammers. 👍
@@unclejim2330 Thanks for your experience. The other FM pointer was that steel cased 9mm was fine but aluminum cased was not allowed and violates the FM warranty. On the two stage trigger installation. I bought a wooden dowel to try as disconnector slave pin material. 👍🇺🇸
