@@dagreenshiz I pulled it when I was 9 years old and I lost my entire childhood collection due to a fire growing up now I’m trying to rebuild my childhood collection I hope one day I can get my lugia back it was one of my favorite cards I thoroughly remember getting I was at my grandmas kitchen table it was Christmas and I got a few packs of aquapolis from her and i pulled it out of a tyranitar pack artwork I’ll never forget that Christmas it was honestly the best Christmas I ever had I couldn’t believe it! I will replace that card one day but the ultimate goal is having it in a 10 but I just want a binder copy before I work towards making that happen. 💯

psa likely only graded them because of the source. The owner was one of the creators of the pokemon TCG game. The same one with the sample pre tcg cards that cgc graded previously
