Air contains 21% Oxygen, 78% Nitrogen, 0.9% Argon and 0.1% other trace gases. An Oxygen generator separates the oxygen from Compressed Air through a unique process called Pressure Swing Adsorption. (PSA).
The Pressure Swing Adsorption process for the generation of oxygen gas from air utilizes the ability of a synthetic Zeolite Molecular Sieve to absorb mainly nitrogen. While nitrogen is absorbed in the pore system of the Zeolite, Oxygen Gas is produced as a product.

VSA (Vacuum Swing Adsorbent) plant is more energy saving Oxygen plant compare with either PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) or VPSA (Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption). Cost per cubic meter (1000 litters) Oxygen in VSA 1.75 KW approx. 1.3 KW in VPSA, but in VSA hardly 0.65 KW. More over unless otherwise wise use oil free compressor for elevation air pressure, it is high risk in oil injected screw air compressor for use medical application. Even online filters and air dryers used for air quality, in absent of periodical maintain of the unit, zeolite may contaminate with lubricated oil, result will drop purity of Oxygen and have to invest for replace zeolite (If it happened in warranty time replacement cost will fall on suppliers, out of warranty customer have to bare the lose)

VPSA plant better than PSA plant, low power consumption which provides significant operating cost saving over the life of plant. (Power consumption of VPSA : 1.3Kwh/m3 Vs PSA = 2.5 - 3 Kwh/m3). We are set up VPSA Oxygen generation plant for Hospital.
