I knew someone who was a paraplegic, he used to go to faith healings all the time, he’d fervently pray in his wheelchair to be healed , but he never was. The cruelest thing I ever heard spoken to him was that he didn’t have enough faith, that he didn’t believe enough. Derek, I’m surprised you’d go there by insinuating that one doesn’t get healed because one doesn’t “receive” the healing. It’s cruel, especially to those up who have incurable diseases. Sometimes it’s not about having enough faith, it’s more about fate. And sometimes fate is horrible to withstand. My friend died recently, and when he did, he was still a paraplegic.
