That verse 10, "Know Your name..." "What is in a name?" Authority. David meant those who are conscious of God's authority and put their trust in God's authority may seek, and ask for His authority to come, in their case of violation (refuge for the oppressed). Think of it like a lawman, a sheriff, a police, a judge, and someone who is a victim of a violation comes to them asking for the law to be administrated. Thank you for the enduring words.

Nice teaching. I think it's a great reminder that when we don't "feel" saved or when we struggle with our faith, our response should be to seek God (verse 10).

Good afternoon all from partly sunny England. Grave and Peace to you. Thank you again teacher. I think I will have to read this Psalm a few times and listen again. So much information I missed some. I also found a lovely song on youtube for this Psalm: Entitled Psalm 9 (live) by David Forlu.
