Pseudo-squint v/s True squint 

Pseudostrabismus is the apparent deviation of the eyes . It must be differentiated from the true deviation . The common causes of the pseudo squint are epicanthus, palpebral fissure width, Interpupillary distance, facial assymetry, angle kappa anomalies. the video explians the important differences and highlights the test that can e used to differentiate the two.
The tests that we employ are the HCRT, covert test and the test of motor fusion ( 20 PD & 15 PD BO ) test .
