I do agree that Neymar to Newcastle would work for a season or two but a part of me wants to see a team that’s gotten money but still builds their way to the top not buys their way. Maybe that’s just an old fashioned opinion, but clearly there’s a feel good factor at Newcastle right now, and exciting signings that will build upon what they already have seems more effective than using half their transfer budget on Neymar instead of creating a squad that can compete. Eddie Howe won’t be expected to get champions league football next season, but the season after he might, so that’s when you bring in the big name players like Neymar to aid that.

PSG threw Tuchel and Thiago Silva out. Then they won the UCL with Chelsea. PSG has coaching problems. Pochettino is struggling. There are so many talented players but not much chemistry. Xavi's not so expensive Barcelona has chemistry. Messi did play well in the UCL if not in the Ligue 1. Messi is doing well under Scaloni which shows that PSG is not a team but a bunch of expensive and talented players who lack chemistry. In the Argentinean team Messi is the key player who creates the play and spreads passes forward. Pochettino doesn't know how to use him.
MLS sounds like his current level. Don't get me wrong, there's nothing bad about his technical aspects of the game, but unless the whole team does the running for him (as they were willing to at Barcelona) then he doesn't look that great. In MLS he'd actually be able to walk in circles around opposition's players.
@@vb2388 as I said - whole team needs to do running for him. He actually made the PSG team worse by adding another player, who doesn't contribute at all without ball at his feet and even then he doesn't look that good. Mbappe is the only part of that attack that is a threat to the opponent

I don't think they were a disgrace. They are fans and they have expectations. Expectations that were raised by the same players when they arrived. They've spent lots of money to buy shirts and go around supporting their team. They have the right to show their disappointment. The people who are criticizing those fans are either no one related to the club or just plastic Messi/Neymar fans who don't have any respect for the team and I would say they are a disgrace. Football is about fans who want to see their team win, not for people waiting for 1 player to go out and do a few tricks so they can applaud in awe.

Psg saw instant success after there takeover and felt like all they had left to win was the Champions league. I agree. Fans are what makes a club big or small. With increasing money input by owners, they think they are the authority and do what they want in many clubs.
