Regardless of how polite or well mannered they came across it went beyond that they thought they could doorstep you and ask however politely to edit your footage. No absolutely not, I am being considerate and living in Northern Ireland I appreciate that there is a real terrorist threat. What I am trying to do is exercise my rights and have them upheld. I am not trying to be confrontational or cause difficulties. The police were polite and professional so I will respect their safety. In London and Great Britain police go straight to Judge Dredd mode “I am the law, you will obey” as they try to find a reason to arrest but here they started with being polite as I was a dick so fair play and respect to them.

If you had said no they would have had another option to use on you, likely an exclusion order to prevent you from being near a cop shop with a camera. They were prepared for the NO. There is plenty of anti terrorism legislation they can use to shut you down. They cite terrorism concerns, but that shows you how much confidence they have in the peace process actually working. When they claim terrorism they are admitting that the peace process is not working whatsoever. I have watched your videos and tbh auditing in NI is pretty risky as you are dealing with a police force that has 50+ years of experience of infringing on the publics civil rights and covering up their shenanigans. You claim they are more professional, but they are also the most corrupt. They do it with a smile, sometimes. Remember , its a big old club, and you and I arent in it. If you get arrested remain silent until you have spoken to a solicitor. This police force will try and incriminate you at any opportunity and are always on the alert for you saying something that they call a significant statement and they will use this against you. Be warned. Auditing in Northern Ireland is not an activity to engage in unless you mind being put on a list and harrassed by the security forces. My views are not about being orange or green but from someone who has largely remained neutral and non-political thoughout the years. Never trust the police would be my final bit of adviceas they will always fuck you. The PSNI is the only terrorist organisation to exist in NI , any other alphabet group is merely competition and its just bad for business. They dont like cameras as they clearly like to hide who they are and what they do, the security concerns is just a lame excuse.

I am not concerned and the police were polite because they had researched me and found that over the years that I am not easily intimidated and if they get it wrong I will use all legal powers against them. Just so you are aware, under the public order (NI) Order 1987 it is an offence to use threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. The fact you are inside your dwelling is not a defence unless you had no reason to believe that the words used, would be heard or seen by a person outside that or any other dwelling. If it is threatening, violent, intimidating then it is a section 5. In another finding he stated that it is our freedom of speech to be offensive, which translates to swearing in public is also not illegal no matter who can hear it if it is just part of everyday speech.
