nobody wanted to help her, 1, called for help nobody came. 2, asked guy in car but he drove off. 3, called again for back up, nobody came. 4, calls for the pc’s walking by, whos faces says it all….. KAREN
Poor woman , body language indicates anxiety and mental health problems, chewing finger nails , facial tics , defensive stance - she needs a psych. evaluation.
She threatened you with arrest on false charges, trespass is a civil matter so she tried breach of the peace and to make things worse shes not even fully dressed to deal with members of the public.
I love the fact she's gonna watch this over and over and can't do nothing. Just like she couldn't do nothing in the video. Even her colleagues who obviously didn't like her done nothing. I believe she will quit the job soon on medical grounds
As a British-born Australian, I appreciate being able to visit gorgeous towns like Stratford-Upon-Avon, even if only via video (for now) and seeing the good deed of checking the police are complying with the laws. Thanks, AB 👮♂👮♀👮🕵♂🚔
The look on the first girls face when the two officers came out then turned away to go back inside was classic. They really didn’t want to get involved because they knew you weren’t doing anything wrong. And her panic voice to call out to them was a little girls cry. We can see why she’s on a desk. When someone chases you down the road, I don’t know how you stay so calm. I could never let someone drill me like that. That’s AB
That police woman has an inferiority complex. Imagine a fist fight in town between two young blokes. There's absolutely nothing she can do apart from radio her male colleagues for help. Imagine her trying to apprehend some guys from an organised crime gang. She wouldn't stand a chance. She's 100% reliant on her male colleagues and she knows it. So she saw an easy target to boost her confidence. Telling a photographer to leave a car park is the pinnacle of her ability and she could only do that when she had a radio in her hand to call for back-up.
Cutie Constable definitely did, from her smile and trying to save it. The directive-babbling dunce probably did too, but still couldn't put his ego aside.
I live 20 minutes from Stratford- upon- Avon and honestly its full of tourists taking pictures and videos ..........I really cant see why they would make an issue love your work AB
If you want a bizzy to visit your home here is a trick but it may take a while. Tell the TV licencing people that you no longer require a licence. But for a quicker response tell the police that there is a man with a camera outside your house.
That was a quick switch to, "I'm a Police Officer (Policy Enforcer) and I'm telling you to leave", with an equally fast morph into an intimidating tone of voice. That's what's called, "Acting Beyond Authority" and is Common Purpose 101.
What planet is that woman cop with no shoulder numbers on?? Good grief threatening to arrest you for nothing….unbelievable, she needs retraining, absolutely terrible!
Didn't realise she was being record. There all the same when no camera's about but love camera's and camera's evidence against you. Maybes she will rethink her own life from now on. Little rat 🐀
Possibly an arrest for aggravated trespass could be justified. Publicly owned does not necessarily mean publicly accessible. With regards to the collar numbers that's not an issue. Why? Because she's acting as an agent of the landlord requesting a trespasser to leave. Not as a police officer per se it's merely a coincidence that she happens to be a police officer.
@@reb0118 Clutching at straws here aren’t you, I suggest you watch the video and stop talking absolute nonsense. The woman officer is a liability full stop. As for the collar numbers that was a description term I used to ‘describe’ who my comment was referring to, go bore someone else with your meaningless waffle. 😆
She won’t get retrained because they protect themselves but at least her colleagues, family and friends will know that she’s a tyrant and happy to lie to flex powers that she doesn’t have
Quite. And how many pigs does it take to determine what is or isn't a publicity accessible car park? It would be hilarious until you imagine this gormless lot at a serious crime scene. Terrifying.
AB you need to correct them every time they say it’s private that it’s crown property not private property, she was such a poison dwarf, napoleon syndrome!
Very very unlikely that police stations are Crown Land/Estates. More than likely they owned by the Police & Crime commissioner for that area. If you were to see the deeds for that police station or be able to check the land registry, I'm more than certain it will say the owner is Warwickshire Police or the PCC of. So it'll be private property.
@@bazsnell3178ironic you would have a problem with them taking photos or recording given the context of this channel. Why do you think they have his address?
Police property can certainly be private, but should be clearly and correctly signed as such. Being private and being privately owned are not necessarily the same thing.
@@carltonbanks5470 , Not sure what the popular sense is, however if a room or place in a Police Station is marked as private, such as the office of a senior officer, even other Police would be foolish to go in there. There are many things associated with areas that are not readily accessible to the public including tacit consent. Probably the only area in a Police building where you should not have an issue is the entry, which is sometimes known as the public vestibule and is allocated for public use.
@@johnvienta7622 The popular sense is private property is property owned by private citizens. They have full control over the entire property and not by decree of constitutional law. With public property there is no such thing as "tacit consent." It is 100% lawful consent by virtue of the property being built with public money. Just because some areas are restricted by justifiable and lawful reason doesn't change that. True private property doesn't need to meet the "justifiable and lawful" hurdles. That is the difference.
@@carltonbanks5470 ... So on the basis of that argument a person in social housing or renting a dwelling has no right to privacy. You stick to your 'popular' sense and I will base my arguments on legal precedent.
It’s amazing how they drum up breach of the peace without knowing what it means. And isn’t threatening to arrest you for not leaving private property a misfeasance in public office which could lead to her imprisonment?
19:25 The constable is lying whilst knowingly being recorded. He was never told that AB had been up the ramp or anything. All the WPC said over the radio was that she needed help to remove AB from the carpark.
AB has the best composure - managing to be assertive and be cocky at the same time ... yet always having a sense of humour and managing to keep his cool. Brilliant.
WTF IS BRILLIANT BOUT LOOKING IN CARS??? IT'S SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOUR AND IT CAUSES OLD BILL TO COME OUT. AB THEN HAS WHAT HE WANTS....A CONFRONTATION!!! IF HE NOSED AROUND NEAR MY CAR HE'D HAVE MORE THAN A CONFRONTATION!!! WHAT HE'S DOING IS KNOWN AS "BEAR BAITING ". REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SOME OLD BILL GET THE LAW WRONG HE'S JUST A NOBCHEESE!!! I ENJOY MOST AUDITORS BUT THIS FELLA GETS ON MY NERVES. DEFO GONNA SWERVE HIM IN FUTURE
Since when do shop owners think they have the right to go out and question the public in public ? The world is going mad. And as for cops expecting public do all they demand
AB you've brought us some great videos over the years but damn feels like auditing has gone way past it's peak these days and I think you'd agree like the days when you, live free, koleeberks were making vids that was when auditing was in it's prime but big up to you though you will always be the real daddy of this auditing game you've gave us some real gems to watch respect
TYRANT WOMAN!! She realises her mistake early on and carry's on the charade. "Access only" does not mean "private property"...even when the colleague tell's her straight that he's fine to be there her response is "I need to get him gone"
Arrest you to prevent a breach of the peace? What a numpty! I also loved the way when numpty cop kept interupting, the blonde cop kept telling her that she was speaking to AB, which clearly meant for numpty to shut het trap! To put icing on the cake, they told a member of the public to park in there and walk to the front office. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
