I have my memory card set up on my PSX DESR 7000 and it picks up the memory card and stays blank. any help thanks.

A little late but the fmcb cannot implement itself to the HDD of the psx, you need to hold CIRCLE to go into ulaunchelf then select what elf you wanna load
