[PSX] Zoboomafoo - Leapin' Lemurs! 

Though the name is very memorable, I can't say I actually realized this was the name of a TV show until now. The SNES game was more of a traditional platformer, while this is more of a top down platformer. It's not great, but I do like the lemur shouting LEAP repeatedly while you run.
