I really have to to give credit to whoever thought to put them together. Psy was HUGE in 2012 and MC Hammer was 20 years past his expiration date. On paper it would have looked like an act of pity to help out Hammer. But it's a great fit.
2024 i still watch this. This is phemenon, mix, combination, audience, stages, lighting, supportive fans...so much love. May jesus be with you all...amen
If you remember when Chapelle did the bit on his show "Only reason I'm cryin... is cuz the adrenalin" yeah this took me there, and the famous people in the audience realizing what was going down in real time. I met hammer when I worked at DIA he's awesome.
❤❤❤❤❤ The dancing was incredible!!! And I don't care if I don't understand the words, that is a bomb ass performance!!!!!!! I did not know 'Gangnam Style's is 10 years old.😮
Wow! I was just mentioning MC Hammer and his whole crew....really gave it their all back in the height of his career and compared them to BTS of today, how they dance so hard and give the same electric type performance! Seeing Hammer here with PSy, someone else felt the same Hammer/ K-Pop energy
This is such a great video and mix of both performers. I'm replaying it over and over singing while dancing around the room! Infectious with their energy. Love watching the crowd get into it.
As a rule Im not heavy into this heavy techno / dance / pop stuff, but this absolutely lights it up, give your speakers a work out, make your neighbor's hate you!
I watch this periodically. I have only seen this level of audience joy and happiness a few times in music 🎶. Those other examples are when Michael Jackson performs, when Elvis performs, when the Beatles perform, when Black Sabbath with Ozzie Osbourne performs and when Freddie and Queen perform. I know better singers, better players, but these are those who makes people goes apeshet. 😅
What a great performers, hammer didnt change at all since first time i watched his performance and too legit to quit is my fav, psy no different his song and energetic moves light up everybody. Miss him now
