4:49 when the other dude starts to perform the calve exercise I had to laugh so hard. Just looks and sounds so funny in comparison to the other guy hahaha
Awesome videos when these 2 get together 💪🏽every gym I been to in my state people think I'm crazy for lifting like a nut🤷🏽♂️but I notice after every membership I'm the one that looks different than what I did when I started but they look the same because they lift lame. I'm 20lbs heavier than I was last time I seen Brett at this small stripmall gym I seen him at and I'm not fat vascular AF.
These dudes have literally mutated ..they’ve both added a ton of tissue and have nice physiques still just looks like young muscle few more years these guys are going to be doing damage
It's a powerlifting movement. It's a lot easier to focus on taxing your legs out when you're isolating them. Squats will fatigue your entire body if you do them right. The way bodybuilders train throughout the week, that's not optimal for maximizing growth. Nothing wrong with squats. But you do not need to squat to make your legs grow.
Same thing for bench then? Because you also never see them benching like 99% of guys in the gym....i guess the same principle applies? Perhaps also greater risk of injuries?
@@tobykicker83 Theres really no reason for these guys to do squats or bench because there’s a good chance theyll just end up hurting themselves. Same results can be gained by using machines.
You don't even lift , look at you 😅😅😅 These are pros with huge wheels, so what EXACTLY is your point?? Tom platz squatted once every two weeks and had the biggest quads of this planet. You are ridiculous!
When I was competing in powerlifting meets my blood pressure was 180/120. Always got nose bleeds on top sets. Got really lean the following year and I’m really glad I got healthy
