2:39 - 'the revolt never really spread beyond Madrid' - not true! General del Bosch in Valencia had that city on lockdown, with tanks on the streets and a declared ban on political parties. When the rest of the military pledged loyalty to the king, he backed down, shortly before Tejero surrendered in Madrid.
