The speaker gave brief information about how a local govt should function. Firstly ,by enabling citizen to take responsibilities. Secondly, by creating public service. In addition to this, the speaker said ,the national ,local and the citizen should be in a more cordial relationship.

@dapojoseph4649 [1] The word limit for Summarize Spoken text is 50 - 70 words. You have written only 44 words so marks will be deducted. [2] If you see review your answer, you will see there is no space after punctuation marks. Again marks will be deducted for that. [3] You have covered almost all the content very precisely which is really good. PRO TIP : Follow the [3 :5 :2] rule 3 Minutes for planning your answer. 5 minutes for writing your answer. 2 minutes to review your answer (this will help you prevent the grammar and spelling mistakes.)

@ptemocktestcom thanks for your feedback, though i will notice the word count is less cos it will be displaying on the system, i answered this via my phone so i did not count it manually and what do you mean there's no space after punctuation?

If you review your answer carefully, you wrote Firstly ,by enabling [it should be] Firstly, by enabling [see the placement of comma] speaker said ,the national ,local [it should be] speaker said, the national, local. You are using the space before the punctuation. It should be used after the punctuation.

Hello @Jaskaran, First of all, don't get depressed. Its ultimately an exam and with right guidance and bit of effort, you can surely clear the exam. Now regarding Fill In The Blanks where are you getting stuck. To solve the issue, we need to first understand what is the problem you are facing. Can you elaborate where you are getting stuck?
