Only thing that might do great would be a open sided short drum on the other end of the maschine if you are on a steep slope - cause the bearing carrier on the crusher gets in the way if you work on base rock slope - it would be easier than hour long hammering with small excavator to have a drum that can cut into the cliff face similar to slip form coal mining maschines ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ulc8cXm0dYc.html or more like ru-vid.comFKb_285OEig but horizontal and mounted on a sviveling arm or hydraulic side and height shift i dont know if you have something like that planned , but with your impact resistant carbide teeth it seems to be well possible- maybe a 600 mm drum that can cut a edge in a cliff - also cutting teeth on the face - mounted on a swivel arm so you can hydraulically swing it - make the passage wide enough to drive forward - hydraulic turntable on the front to use it on either side - maybe a angled blade or a auger to make the rock chips fall on the opposite side of the drum , or just some blade you fold down hydraulically to use the swing function to drag the material away from the cliff face would safe time and accelerate work - tho i dont know how any impact protection covers would be mounted to prevent flyrock without hindering work - so it being RC works great with that. i dont think that mechanism would be all that hard to build or much more expensive than your other systems - probably would need angled gearbox with huge bearings or hydraulic motor and a massive bearing carrier assembly - the drum could be filled with something to dampen vibrations. it would be interesting to see your take on something like that, question is round chisels or your usual ones and low speed high toque scraping or high speed and inertia pulverizing also the rock wheel excavator attachments are neat but slow - if you were to be able to make a high speed version of that with a dust supression water spray system that would probably sell
