I don't talk so much in this video.. I was not sure if I should upload this to youtube.. But in the end I decided to show you my honest rection. I am not the type of person who overreacts and pretends to cry waterfalls, you know that. But I think you can still see in my reaction that this song (voice) actually touched very much.. When I recorded this reaction video, I didn't know about K and what happened to him. I didn't know what "voice" was about.. But still; only listening to the music made me feel very sad and emotional, because the song is soo good. After I recorded this reaction video, I looked on the internet if there is a story to this song (voice), because it made me so emotional. And after I found out now that this song is about K's death, it makes me even more sad. Voice is a masterpiece. Voice is a "Godsong" (as japanese would say). I hope Taka is fine.. what I really like about PTP is they, like one ok rock (and the reason why it got me so hook up with them) is they write songs more about life experiences, they’re rock bands but their songs are so emotional and full of hope. A lot of their songs, borh OOR and PTP are my hero songs. ❤️❤️❤️

I cried when I first heard this when it was released, PtP was a huge part of the group of bands I held in high regard and K's passing was devastating enough; this beautiful song left me crying whilst simultaneously admiring how beautiful it was❤ (I'd been studying Japanese a little under a decade when "voice" was released, I truly believe if I hadn't been serious about studying before that this woud have been motivation to learn, if only to understand the Japanese parts of the song instead of just feeling emotional without full understanding)

Ahhh.. here it comes. Now you did it. This music is really emotional, he’s (taka) made it with K on his mind.

“Pay money to my pain “is a band from japan, and their lead vocal “K” died in 2012. So the other band members wrote this song to memorize “K”. And “One Ok rock” vocal “Taka” support them for finishing the vocal part.

PTP is also an awesome band, I love them, please listen to some of their songs. The lead singer K died.

This song is part of the album 'gene'. K (PTP's vocalist) dead in December 2012. He had finished some recording to the album at this point. Later in 2013 PTP make a release for gene featuring few other vocalist from other band like Masato (coldrain) and Hazuki (Lynch) in Resurrection, Ken and Teru (Crossfaith) in Respect from the Dead Man, Kyono in God Drive, and Jesse (Rize/the bonez) in Illumination and Taka from OOR in Voice to finish the album. You may realize that the instrument here were not played by OOR (you did). PTP member play the instrument as the album was officially theirs. If you follow other Japanese rock band as well, you can tell that they were really close to each other. As much as I know, some bands even made a song for him as well. Such as My First Story - Someday, coldrain - Carry On, and OOR - Smilling Down (there might be some more out there). At other time, some band also perform PTP's song in their concert as tribute (I've watched coldrain, MFS, and SiM as well, and it was so heart breaking) And since you know, it cut deeper everywhen you heard the lyric saying 'We are your voice' From that I can tell that K's death is not only a great loss for Taka and K's other friends, but also for Japanese rock industry as well.

Some people have probably already said it but the singer of Pay Money To My Pain died and Taka sang this song as tribute to him along with the band.

I actually only heard of this song for only a few times but the melody is stuck in my head and heart. The reason why I avoid listening to it so much is because it's so sad and it makes me cry every damn time. This is without doubt a very beautiful song.

R.I.P. vocalist of Pay Money to My Pain, Kei Goto-san. Taka replaced Kei to sing this song and it was so beautiful. All the best to all of P.T.P's members in both of their life and career. 💛

The members of PTP now are mostly in the J-Rock Band "The Bonez".
