I was one of the animators on this video back in 2002. It was a lot of fun to work on. Interesting fact: Most of the animators and effects artists who made Firefly worked on this video. In fact, we did the pilot for Firefly right before this, and then started on the series not long after it.

"My life, my pride is broken" part is so epic, goosebumps everytime!

I remember seeing this on MTV back in the 2000’s and the rest is history. These guys will remain one of my all time childhood favorite bands next to maybe Incubus.

If you pause this animation at any frame, you got a 2000's video card box. I simply love it!

I was a pure rap fan all throughout my teenage years, and this was the first linkin park song I ever saw/heard. I think it was on one of the MTV channels back in the early 00's. The beat, Chester's voice, the rap, and this video completely blew me away, and ever since then I have been a massive fan. It's funny how one song can change your perception of an artist, and a whole music genre, but I'll never forget that moment that it did.

When i was kid,i scared when watching this music videos and almost cry,but now it has become a wonderful memory.

After 9 years, Cartoon Network is the reason why I liked Linkin Park. This is the first song that I heard from them, those old days when I got addicted to rock songs wahaha! Miss the Gold Memories of my life. xD

This used to play late at night on Cartoon Network as a filler in-between different shows. IIRC, I was a 4th or 5th grader at the time. CN didnt display credits (or maybe I missed them), so I had no clue who made the song. Fast-forward 6 years and in 10th grade, a friend at school burned a CD full of Linkin Park tunes for me. The moment I hit play on this one, I was transported back to my childhood. THIS song made sure I turned into a rock/metal head. RIP Chester Bennington and thanks for making my childhood awesome

This is the first LP song I ever heard. For some reason this played on Cartoon Network India while I was watching, I fell in love with the song immediately but I had no idea about the band or wtf all this was, I was like 8 years old. Years later a friend of mine made me listen to Meteora and told me this is an awesome band and I liked their style and started to listen to more songs and when I was listening to Hybrid Theory BAM! I heard this song again after 5 years not knowing what it was. Good times! Miss you Chester!!!!! Rip

Early 2000s + halo vibe

The song perfectly describes my struggles with my parents, me always trying to please them while they take pleasure in the awful things they've put me through, in their endless effort to re establish their points of authority over me. And now after all of it, I am only left with negativity and a broken pride.

I've been looking for the name of this song for ages, had to look up "Linkin Park with robots in music video"for it to show up

When this came out, I was 11 years old and not really into any kind of music. I was a huge video game geek though and when I saw this music video my young mind was shattered to pieces, instantly fell in love with it and started listening to them. Linkin Park was a cool bridge between subcultures.

God DAMN that guitar in the chorus is so fucking menacing. Blended with Chester’s vocals, the production, everything about this is a masterpiece.

I grew up with Linkin Park, the soundtrack to my life as I became an adult. This epic composition has always been my favourite, and never fails to give me goosebumps. I was even inspired to write a post apocalyptic story/screenplay based on some of the lyrics, with the idea that this would be the soundtrack for a couple of the most pivotal battle scenes. This great video is just a bonus on top of a great song, and suits it perfectly IMO. Thank you, Linkin Park, for this absolutely killer masterpiece. Miss ya, Chester.
