We were there at the same time, our White BM and van at the bottom. Epic site and pub for sure, great staff too

Our old stomping ground round that way. Love the peaks 💜 Fixed heads on campsites are quite common. Looked like a good spot 😎

Just to clarify. This is NOT a pub stop, it is a pub with a 30 pitch caravan site. A pub stop is free subject to using the pub. This site is £25 - £47 pn for a motorhome. It is also Adults only.

That place looks pretty nice mate. Cannot fault a site next to a pub lol. BTW, we have found a pub near Ambergate, Derbyshire. Its not far away from The Firs C&MH Club site. Its called The Spanker Inn lol. You can park a motorhome in their large car park for £10 a night. They have EHU and fresh water. But no waste water or toilet disposal. We are going there this Wednesday 17th August for 2 nights. Also, we have just part exchanged our old 54 plate Swift Sundance 530LP. We now have a 2009 Burstner Nexxo T-660 4 berth with a French Bed. It will be our first trip out in the newer motorhome. Looking forward to it.
