Correction: attention to the racism inherent in the system. 911 wasn’t the issue. The issue was the the system didn’t value black lives like it did white lives.

Flavor Flav had a huge personality. He is a cultural icon for hip hop and street fashion. He always had on the dopest track suits, hats, and sneakers. He was a contrast within the group because Public Enemy had heavy subject matter, but Flav was on the scene hyping Chuck D to make the soundtrack for a revolution. I wish somebody carried the torch from them to today.

Chuck Stone III, my high school classmate, directed this video! That's him saying, "There's not a minute to spare!" on the tv screen in the video. This is one of my favorite PE joints! The "Fear Of A Black Planet" album was a masterpiece and all time classic!

This track was very political and relevant at the time, despite the humorous slant the video takes. 9-1-1 back in the late 80s was the refrigerated drinking fountain in the white neighborhoods but was the lukewarm porcelain room temperature drinking fountain in black neighborhoods. And PE spoke on it. Glad you reacted to it.

I love this song 🔥 Obviously it's not the best in matter of rhyme schemes etc. but in my opinion it's one of the best rap "joke songs". I also want to recommend you something different, but with bit of humor 😎 Kool Moe Dee - Let's Go (it's a great diss track targeting LL Cool J)

The strange dancing from the guy in white was amusing ... and I actually enjoyed listening to the song! There was some laughter (MJ's Thriller laughter?) that made the song even more enjoyable! All in all, a fun song to listen to!😂🤣💯
