Best remix from the best rap group of all time. This is my favorite song from Public Enemy and I usually don't like remixes, but this actually improves upon the original. I'm a 62 year old white man with Parkinson's disease, and I put this remix on loop and dance my ass off.
Pure 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥!! Still as relevant today as when I was a young teen comin up in 87. PE & Chuck put the majority of today’s “rappers” to shame, they av nuttin to say & say it FAR too loud. PE educated the world & continue to do so. Big up Chucky D & the PE fam.
W.t.f.? I can't remember when i listen to smething good like this for the last time! Why i don't know it till today?? Can't get enough of this Remix!!!!! It makes me feel f****** happy!!! I bet everyone got a big fat smile on the face when listen to this!! Just like that ;) Greetings from Germany
I wonder if the label was like "ok we are shooting the video today" and Chuck was like "um, but me and Flav have to move today..." and they were like, "So what? just film it anyways!!".... LOL
I was listening GF like 3 years by side of Glitch about 4 Years but this Awesome guys always bring me back here. Better not to be popular this Genre, because ,when this Genre and Glitch going to be famous worldwide, that will be the time when genre going to slack and Die about posers. Stay underground, stay original!!!!!!
What.the.hell.? I can't remember when i listen to something good like this for the last time! Why i don't know it till today?? Can't get enough of this Remix!!!!! It makes me feel ******* happy!!! I bet everyone got a big fat smile on the face when listen to this!! Just like that ;) Greetings from Russia
This track marked the peak of my 'summer of nu-funk'. I remember the BBC using PE's original instrumental on the soundtrack for their coverage of the olympics that year. Happy days and one of the best tracks of its ilk.!
Why is it not popular??? Or did i missed something? I never heard it on radio or in a club! I love the original version for a long time, but with this fresh beat on it, i fall in love again... I wanna have more music just like that!!!
FOREVER...1 OF HISTORY'S GREATEST GROUPS!!!!!! The type of group that fans of ANY music genre could enjoy. Public Enemy was when almost all of rap and hip wss REAL music! When the lyrics were really something. And this is coming from someone who predominantly likes rock as much as rap and hip hop. Now I'm not saying rap and hip hop isn't real music now adays. To say that would be f***in* ignorant. But i feel like there was a higher percentage of real music in rap and hip hop back in those days.
Tyler H What are you talking about? They have been saying that since the beginning of rap (Compton) that is all they talked about. It is about their reality and what they go through everyday.
the song wasn't originally from Miss Shirley Bassey, she covered the original 'Jezhael' from an italian band Delirium (1972). But her original arrangement was surely punchier.
There are bands that will live on LONG after the artists are gone. The Beatles, Wu-Tang, Michael Jackson, Biggy, 2'Pac, Kiss, AC/DC, RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE, and so many others. On top of that list!!!!!!! PPPPPPUUUUBBBBLLLLIIIC ENEMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
