Publication Quality Line Graph in Excel 

This video shows Dr. Evan Matthews explaining how to create a simple time series graph on individual data and average group data. The example data in this video represents the change in heart rate going from rest to progressively harder stages of aerobic exercise.
EXPORTING IN HIGH QUALITY via PowerPoint
If the graph is copied and pasted from Excel into a PowerPoint slide set the instructions in the link below can be used to force PowerPoint slides to export in high resolution. The instuctions require manually editing Windows registry files, but be used to export in up to 1200dpi.
