How much is your course? See, I've been trying to make something of myself since 2007 in the online world. I've published over 150 titles - no joke, under various pen names - 4 names to be exact. And what am I making? Maybe $2 a month. No joke. I've done the ads, I've done the programs - Mark Dawson's - Nick Stephenson's - Story Engines - and the list goes on. And I'm at my wits end here. Some would have given up by now seeing as how they've not made anything. But I know I can make money. I work as a ghost writer, so writing books quickly is my thing. I can write 10k words a day, sometimes, more. And still, I'm broke, I'm tired, and all the advice out there has had me spinning my wheels in the mud. "Oh, just put out another book" is usually the tune other's sing. But like I've said, I write to market. I get it, so, why am I struggling so much with this? I see people with 30 books making thousands. I need help. I can't do this the way I've been doing it. So, tell me - your program - how much is it? Because I can't keep spinning my wheels creating "One more book" and "you're only as good as your next book" isn't going to cut it for me anymore. I can't keep doing this. It's been far too long. But I just don't know what to do anymore. Writing and making a decent living with it just seems to be crumbling into powder for me to use as fertilizer for my garden of broken dreams.
I was sold at $97. Had my credit card ready. For over double the price I’m going to have to pass. You’ll have to do another update review and compare it to some of the other tools in this niche to see how they compare price wise.
Sean, for book targeting, if you select just the ASIN and the author, that should be good enough correct? Or is there a reason to also select the title and subtitle to target? Great video!
Thanks for your advice😊. I have a problem with the quality of the sheets in kdp. the cheap ones are really horrible when using markers or watercolors. How do you sell without being ruined by heavy reviews?😮
Hi Sean, there's an author on amazon with your name selling marketing books, but the profile picture is definitely not you! thought would let you know.
hello sean please i have a very important question and i will be so grateful if you answer it. According to you and from your knowledge and experience on KDP how accurate do you think publisher rockets and other research tool data is? especially thier estimated search per month . This question arises from the fact that i made a research recently and found out that amazon doesnt disclose the searches per month for a partucular keyword as it remain confidential to them. so how accurate is are these research tools? would you say up to 90%? if yes please kindly explain and if no please still clearify me
In answer to your question, PR estimates the sales based on the BSR of the books. I tested its accuracy against my book that I already have published, and it was correct. The only caveat is that my sales are regular and I don't have big spikes or drops. Also something that I found with a few searches is that the numbers can change a great deal within a short amount of time. It most likely depends on the current BSR. I'm not sure what amount of time they use to aggregate their data, but just keep that in mind that you might want to perform the searches multiple times over a certain period of time so you can get the most accurate data.
Sean, do you have a course that teaches authors how to best use the new AMS system? The online tutorial I watched taught me to create a list of hundreds of keywords for my ad campaign; however, this is totally different. I was just getting ready to try my first ad and now I see that how to do it has changed. Please let me know if you have a class or more thorough video available. Thank you!
Hi Sean Great content as usual. Quick question. Why did you use the old version of Publisher Rocket before the update for your tutorial? I have the updated version and it is slightly different. Did you have a particular reason for doing this? Thank you.
