Hi, I just found this video from another video you did and someone commented about pudendal neuralgia. I have pelvic floor prolapse, grade 3. Intially, my prolapse was probably grade 2 but due to me being young and not knowing any better I never got help to when it was mild. Fast forward almost 10 years later and I was forced to seek help due to my fascia system building up so it started sticking and causing pain. My orgasms always felt stuck! I would go to physical therapy and point to my pubic area like it's a tight feeling right here and I feel like my clitoris is stuck. I didn't realize it had a name and it was caused by me constantly putting tension in the area. I finally put my pessary back in and force myself to let my belly hang and I purchased a fascia blaster from Ashley Black website and I kid you not I took one of the tools and started massaging my groin area where the tissue felt tight and now your video is telling me I'm doing something right and to keep relaxing, stretching and gently massaging the area so the fascia can smooth out and let go of the nerve! I had one of the first orgasms that didn't take forever or felt forced since I have been practicing these techniques. Unlearning improper practices take work but I'm excited to feel whole again. thank you for being amazing!!

'Vibrant' is certainly a perfect word for your work!! What a positive, grounded soul you are, & the exercises are effective. I appreciate the modifications provided. I am in the beginnings of this diagnosis (seemingly it is the dorsal region only of my nerves affected). It came upon suddenly several months after a successful gynecological surgery that I was doing well with. My doctor has no idea why it happened when I was progressing so well in every other way, including some vagus nerve issues I'd had that I worked hard at & had resolved. I also have no issues with pelvic floor hypetonicity, something else I had under control (I thought) after many years of working with it & learning relaxation techniques. So I'm confused, lost & discouraged. This burning has been absolutely excruciating but I'm desperately trying to avoid long term pharmaceuticals which of course is a go-to for doctors. I'm instead diving into nutrition, supplements, trauma therapy & physio/chiro for nerve healing. But I was hoping for some simple stretches to do in the worst of the pain while I struggle. I also have noticed that something in my gentle daily Qigong routine is irritating the condition but couldn't place it, now I know it was the few moves that involved some squatting. Thank you so much for this, truly. God bless you.

This is super helpful. I have been looking at a lot of sciatica exercises for my pudendal nerve pain because there aren't too many pudendal specific resources. Your sections about the drop and side to side movements after cobra pose are exactly what I need to tie me over from 70% to hopefully 100%. After doing the side to side swings I feel my lower abs being targeted and the whole hip bone structure being jostled in a good way - everything is loosen up. Thanks so much for the great tips.

Thank you so much for making this video. Your information is so helpful! I feel really confident that I have pudendal neuralgia. Basically every symptoms fits perfectly, based on your video and my research. I gave birth 10 weeks ago and have been dealing with the pain since. I’ve seen several doctors and finally got a referral to the pelvic floor PT. At that point, I hadn’t heard of this condition. The PT checked my pelvic floor muscles and said everything was functioning fine. She didn’t check anything else, and didn’t have me move in any way or try any stretches. She basically said PT couldn’t help me, and I felt so discouraged. Do you think I should get a second opinion? The pain hasn’t gotten better and it is really taking a toll on my quality of life. Thanks in advance for any help!

Thank you x 1000!! I'm a 45 yo male in relatively good health. 5 months ago I was getting into a my new-to-me truck, which was a whole different way of entering a vehicle for me due to it being about a foot higher then my previous car, and during the first week or regular driving I entered it and felt a little zing where the seat edge scraped my inner-thing/groin area as i tried to slide into the seat from ground level.. too big of a stretch. No big deal at the time, but I repeated this mistake for a couple weeks not thinking much of it, telling my self each time I would figure out how to avoid it next time:/ and then it all started to go down hill and the abdominal cramping and scrotal pain and tenderness at the base of my left but cheek really kicked in. Anyways, the pain was so widespread and diffuse and my stomach was hurting and I was exhausted, and I started going to the doctors and the did all the labs and a sonogram and needless to say, 6 visits later they are still unsure. I have spent the last 2 weeks literally doing nothing but bed rest and non-movement as much as possible hoping this would just pass on it's own and eating nothing but vegetables and Gatorade to see if everything was possibly due to a new food intolerance or some kind of extreme dehydration issue. All of that has helped a lot of my pains subside, but I just felt fragile and still very much on the verge of relapsing to my previous pain and discomfort levels at the slightest wrong step or turn in bed. Tonight, in one of my long RU-vid research rabbit holes, I came across a website with a virtual 3D model of a human male anatomy and it helped me pinpoint the actual names of the exact places that hurt, and it appears to be my left side pudendal nerve that is the hot spot, and was the exact location of my initial little zings from my new truck. I'm not endorsing the 3D model website other than it it really was amazingly helpful in identifying the parts that actually hurt!! It's called Zygote Body 3D.. regardless, my first google search of the nerves I pinpointed on that site led me to your video, so I did some of the stretches (very carefully) and none of them hurt me, and actually felt relieving. I'll continue to do them while I try to get in with a physical therapist to see if they can verify my self-diagnosis. Anyways, I'm not a dumb person but this whole injury has impacted my life more than any other injury I've ever sustained. It's emotionally exhausting to be in constant pain and in fear of a full relapse at any time, and my heart goes out to anybody in the world that suffers chronic pain, especially undiagnosed. Sorry for all the details but if there are any other dumb guys like me in the world who don't understand what nerve pain is, or which nerves are which and who have a truck.. then maybe this will help them out a bit and bring them to your channel for some great help!!

@@LaceyV hi. Thanks. I have tried a couple of cushions without much success unfortunately. I need something very hard under my upper legs (😱)to keep the whole perineal area off the seat. Even underwear simply touching the skin causes a real overreacted response to it and I get dreadful pain just from this, it's ludicrous. Alodynia I think this is called? It's a real curse at the moment. I keep thinking I'm going to wake up one morning with no pain there. It’s so important to know the root cause of your symptoms. Now that you have that knowledge, you are better equipped to move forward in your healing journey. Don’t hesitate to reach out to a local pelvic PT (if possible) for extra support. Typically, stretches and relaxation techniques help relax the muscles that surround the pudendal nerve, thereby releasing impingement and easing pressure that can irritate the pudendal nerve. My Overcome program can help with managing symptoms. bit.ly/overcomewomenfree Everyone is different, and you can talk to your doctor about what's best for your particular needs!

I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing pain and discomfort for the past three years, and that you suspect it may be pudendal neuralgia. It can be challenging to deal with chronic pain, but I'm glad you found the video helpful and are willing to give it a try. Remember to approach any new exercises or techniques with patience, consistency, and mindfulness. It may take time to notice improvements, and it's essential to listen to your body and adjust accordingly. I encourage you to seek professional medical advice and guidance for your specific situation. They can provide you with a comprehensive assessment and recommend the most suitable treatment options based on your individual needs. In the meatime, feel free to check my Overcome program, which can help with pudendal neuralgia. bit.ly/overcomewomenfree Wishing you relief from your pain and a path towards healing and improved well-being. Everyone is different, and you can talk to your doctor about what's best for your particular needs! I encourage you to sit up straight (in other words, don't slouch and tuck your bum under), and/or stand up more often to take pressure off the pudendal nerve. Moving regularly throughout the day is key rather than getting "stuck" in one position! You can combine your movement breaks with "pelvic drop" breaks. My Overcome program can also help and provide gentle strengtehing exercises. bit.ly/overcomewomenfree

I have it only during ovulation and the pain is debilitating. Quite possibly the moving of the uterus during the cycle compresses the nerve in different ways. In my case it was also endometriosis entrapping the nerve, maybe it could be in your case too?

I was in a severe car accident last March and broke 7 ribs shattered the posterior right side of my pelvis and right hip as well as the left side of my pelvis fracturing as well. The past few months I have SERVERE PAIN down there. I tell my husband it's in my butt but it's not the whole or bowel movements but it's something in my buttocks and EVERYTHING is painful. Going #2, missionary intercourse, I have to pee urgently at the most random times and I'm only 33, when I walk up the stairs I feel like there's resistance lifting my legs, and I get stabbing pain when sitting or standing too long and my thighs go numb if I sit on a hard toilet longer than 5 mins. Does is sound like I have this? I have an appointment with my orthopedic DR. In a week but I'm thinking I should go to a specialist. How is this diagnosed by description or proof? Thanks in advance!
